Khanh Nguyen
Founder & CEO
Khanh, the Founder and CEO of BlueLily Medical Spa, brings a rich background of experience from working alongside Dr. Tran in their family practice. Her passion for both medicine and aesthetics fuels her dedication to providing exceptional care and enhancing client satisfaction. Khanh is committed to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where clients feel valued and empowered to achieve their best self. Her vision for BlueLily reflects her belief that blending medical expertise with aesthetic excellence leads to truly transformative experiences.

Tan Tran M.D.
Medical Director
With over 25 years of medical experience, Dr. Tan Tran, board certified in family practice medicine, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to BlueLily Medical Spa. After relocating from New York to Utah, Dr. Tran trained at the University of Utah Hospital and Clinics. He now specializes in family and preventative medicine. His passion for medical aesthetics is evident in his advanced skills with Botox, fillers, Kybella, laser treatments using PicoSure, and RF microneedling with PRP or Exosomes, along with IV fluid therapy. Dr. Tran is dedicated to blending comprehensive medical care with aesthetic enhancement, ensuring every patient receives exceptional treatments that prioritize both health and beauty.
Aubrie McCuistion
Master Aesthetician
Aubrie is a dedicated Master Aesthetician who graduated from Acaydia Spa and School of Aesthetics in 2022. Specializing in chemical peels, micro-needling, laser treatments, and relaxing facials, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to BlueLily Medical Spa. Aubrie's favorite service, both to receive and perform, is chemical peels, a treatment she believes delivers transformative results and deep satisfaction. Her passion for aesthetics stems from her desire to help people feel happy and confident in their own skin, recognizing the vital role skincare plays in overall well-being. Aubrie’s commitment to enhancing beauty and boosting self-esteem makes her an invaluable part of our team.
Chau Nguyen
Master Aesthetician
Chau is a licensed Master Esthetician with over two years of experience working alongside Dr. Tran. She offers a full range of medical aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, laser tattoo removal, pigment reduction, acne care, laser hair removal, and vein treatments—along with her signature relaxing facials.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Chau is known for her gentle touch, warm personality, and dedication to helping every client feel comfortable, confident, and beautifully cared for.
Demirela Teljigovic, FNP-C
Nurse Practitioner
Demirela is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in May 2024. With a strong foundation in family medicine, she brings a holistic approach to aesthetic care, focusing on enhancing her patient’s natural beauty while supporting their overall health and wellness. She is dedicated to creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals – helping them look and feel their best with results that enhance their unique features. Demi believes that true confidence comes from both inner and outer well-being.
